Progress!

16/1- We have had to re-apply for our homeloan because the last application expired..
So I needed to call SJD Homes (our awesome builder) to see how far off we were from doing a soil test.

AT LAST GOOD NEWS!

Builder advises soil test is ready to be done as our block has been levelled off!

17/1 - Soil test is done and sent off. Head to display homes to updated our plan and chose our EXTERNAL colours.

Can you tell I'm a bit excited? It's just so nice to be able to actually get the ball rolling. Our pile of 'house' things i is accumulating too so it'll be fun when we get up to the interior choices too! Yay!
