Maree and Ken came up for a visit on Sunday the 5th June to check out the block for the first time. I wasn't expecting much (if anything) to have been done at the sight since there it wasn't long since our last trip and we've had loads of rain.
I was right. Not much had been done in stage 3 but the houses in stage 1 currently being built and progressing steadily and I think there were at least 3 houses that are being lived in. There are also a few for sale house and land packages in stage 2 for sale with signs up.
Hopefully our next trip in late July IF the weather is less WET there may be some digging up of Hamish Rd which would be lovely... we'll wait and see!
In the meantime, we will continue making the best of our plans! Kent was able to have a look and make a couple of suggestions (and affirmations) with the plans which was handy and Ken, Leigh and Drew had some great input too..
